Qualification: IB PYP Certified + Bachelor’s in Education / ECCE / Child Development

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced IB PYP Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, inquiry-based learning experiences in alignment with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and foster holistic development through a transdisciplinary and concept-based curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and implement engaging Units of Inquiry (UOI) aligned with the IB PYP framework

Foster a classroom culture that reflects Learner Profile Attributes and international-mindedness

Plan differentiated, age-appropriate lessons catering to diverse learning needs
Utilize both formative and summative assessments for tracking student progress
Maintain effective parent communication and contribute to school-wide reflection and planning

Skills Competencies:

● Strong command of classroom management and lesson planning
Expertise in inquiry-based and concept-driven instruction

Proficient in observation, assessment documentation, and student portfolios
A reflective practitioner committed to professional growth
