Looking for HR Manager in the entertainment industry, The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Job Profile Includes but Not Limited to:
Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in all the departments from Office Boy to Main Heads.
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Conducting performance and wage reviews.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Creating clear and concise reports.
Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Handles discipline, Company Policies, Paper work and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies
