Job Description
About the internship:
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at PropertyCIBIL, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in communicating effectively with employees and facilitating HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.
3. Assisting with employee relations activities, such as organizing team-building events and addressing employee concerns.
4. Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends to support decision-making.
5. Assisting with performance management processes, including tracking employee goals and performance evaluations.
6. Supporting HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR systems.
7. Collaborating with HR team members on special projects and initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
