About the roleWeVOIS Labs is seeking a proactive Field Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for field and operational roles in Jaipur. The role focuses on bulk hiring, managing walk‑in drives, and ensuring timely onboarding of selected candidates.Key responsibilitiesSource candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and on‑site field visits.Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.Organize walk‑in drives, job fairs, and local hiring campaigns.Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.Build relationships with placement agencies, colleges, and local recruitment sources.Achieve monthly recruitment targets while preserving hiring quality.Required profileGraduate in any discipline.2–3 years of experience in field recruitment or bulk hiring.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with recruitment portals.Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.Two‑wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.Required skillsMS ExcelWhat we offerCompetitive salary as per company standards.Opportunity to lead large‑scale hiring initiatives.Dynamic work environment with field‑focused responsibilities.
