The consultant will oversee and guide nuclear medicine technologists and staff, support training and clinical education, and participate in continuous quality improvement and accreditation-related activities. Additional duties include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, adhering to radiation safety regulations, and contributing to departmental development and research initiatives as appropriate. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur at BMCHRC.

Qualifications
• Postgraduate qualification in Nuclear Medicine (MD/DNB or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with valid registration as per national regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging (e.g., PET-CT, SPECT, bone scans, cardiac and renal scans) and radionuclide therapy for oncology and related conditions.
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety, radiopharmaceutical handling, quality control procedures, and compliance with relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary oncology setting, providing consultative support to clinical teams and contributing to integrated patient management.
• Effective communication skills for discussing findings with colleagues, counseling patients and families, and documenting clinical care clearly and accurately.
• Experience in supervising clinical staff, supporting training and mentoring, and participating in protocol development and clinical audits.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and the hospital’s not-for-profit, service-oriented mission.
• Prior experience in a tertiary care or cancer center is preferred; involvement in research or academic activities in nuclear medicine will be an advantage.
