About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Work on different hiring portals where jobs can be posted and talent can be sourced
• Implement different sourcing strategies to hire talent and close positions in a stipulated time
• Single-handedly manage the complete recruitment cycle for multiple positions and manage the candidates
• Source candidates, conduct the interview process, and close the positions in time
