Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with headhunters to hire and retain the top best talent
• Screening resumes and job application forms
• Posting jobs on relevant portals
• Assisting the managers to conduct interviews
• Interviewing job candidates via calls and conducting on-site interviews
• Coordinating with the management to find out the details of staffing requirements
• Staying active with social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions
