Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR-Executive at Holiday Tribe in Gurugram. The HR-Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with hiring managers, implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role will also include admin work, employee engagement, Operational work.

Qualifications:
• Recruitment (Non-IT Majorly) & Operations, Sourcing, and Interviewing skills, employee engagement, admin.
• Experience-2-3 Years (Tour and Travel Industry).
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Knowledge of Recruiting tools and techniques
• Attention to detail and Problem-solving abilities
• Master's degree in human resources or related field
