The role of a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kotak Life involves searching for candidates who meet the company's requirements and managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and shortlisting candidates through job portals and other channels
• Coordinating with candidates, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Scheduling interviews and follow-up with candidates
• Screening candidates through initial assessments and reference checks
• Communicating with all candidates regularly and maintaining contact till their joining
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates should have good communication skills
• Candidates should have their own laptop or system
• Recruitment experience is an advantage but not necessary
