Human Resource Internship (Female) (Jaipur)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day activities. This internship provides an excellent chance to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and other core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews and follow-ups.

Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Support HR-related administrative activities and prepare reports.

Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.

Support the HR team in various projects and process-improvement activities.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Attention to detail and good follow-up skills.

Eligibility

Students or recent graduates from BBA, MBA, BA, , or any relevant field can apply.

Freshers are welcome.
