Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Run HR discovery conversations and gather requirements.
- Map client HR processes, including leave, attendance, onboarding, performance, and payroll.
- Configure Zoho People modules (Core HR, Leave, Attendance, Shift, Performance, Files, Cases, Workflows).
- Lead data migration from Excel and legacy HRMS platforms.
- Conduct user training and produce client-ready SOPs.
- Manage go-live, troubleshooting, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Document requirements, configurations, and change requests.
