About PillarPlus
PillarPlus is a construction technology company founded by IIT Bombay alumni, top architects and engineers. We are backed by top investors from Silicon Valley, US (Y-Combinator) and marque angel investors from 6 different countries.
PillarPlus has 2 business verticals:
Engineering consultancy using proprietary artificial intelligence based software
Construction management software to manage processes, generate reports and analytics
This profile is for the construction management software division. We enable construction companies to capture consistent data, identify areas of improvement, share reports and collaborate across working teams – all from our powerful app.
Job Responsibilities:
Calling applications for pre-screening
Use Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Angel.co
Work with relevant teams to prepare job descriptions and assignments
Hiring for full-time basis of professionals - software engineers, customer success executives, operations managers, MEP head, BIM modellers, draftsme
Hiring on contract basis using freelancing websites - content writer, video editor, photo editor, website developer
Induction/Team/Training - explaining about PillarPlus to new joiners and handling joining formalities
Handling exit formalities
Coordinating with finance team for salary structure and incentives
Prepare top performers monthly posts
Manage HR email and replies
HR policies like appraisals, managing company assets with employees
Contact colleges for new joiners
Prepare company presentations
Organize activities like company lunch, meets to maintain company culture
Manage attendance of Razorpay’s payroll software
Maintain master database of applicants, set Google meets interview with applicants
The major skills and competencies we look for in a candidate are:
Well versed in Google Sheets and Google Docs
Excellent English skills to talk to applicants and prepare relevant documents
Must know how to use Indeed, LinkedIn, Angel.co
