The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

Responsibilities

The HR Learning Management System Support member will be part of a team that is the first point of contact for employees that have HR related questions.

The Selected Individual Will
• Perform customer service functions by answering employee emails and phone calls pertaining to training matters, resolving most cases within 24hrs
• Open and close out HR tickets in Service Now
• Provide tier 1 support for training issues in SumTotal, our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Schedule and create courses in the LMS
• Generate and analyze reports from various HR systems
