We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage the Noida HR function as the primary HR SPOC. The role requires a balanced mix of Talent Acquisition (30–40%) and HR Operations/People Management (60–70%), while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment for the Noida office.
Manage HR operations, employee engagement, and people management activities.
Act as the HR SPOC and collaborate with TA, Admin, and Operations teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across locations.
Develop and maintain HR documentation, SOPs, and policies.
Key Requirements
4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles.
Strong exposure to Recruitment and HR Operations.
Experience in HR documentation, SOP creation, and policy drafting is preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
