Role Description The Senior Bench Sales Recruiter will manage end-to-end bench sales activities, including marketing available consultants, identifying suitable requirements, and negotiating rates with clients and vendors. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves building and maintaining strong relationships with staffing partners, implementation partners, and direct clients across the US market. The recruiter will proactively source job opportunities for consultants, coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure timely onboarding. Daily responsibilities include managing consultant pipelines, updating recruitment trackers and CRM tools, and collaborating with account managers to maximize placement opportunities. The role also requires clear communication with consultants about project expectations, market trends, and career planning while meeting defined sales and placement targets.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Recruitment skills, including bench marketing, requirement gathering, and rate negotiation for US staffing.
• Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring capabilities, covering sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Candidates should possess Account Management experience, including relationship building with clients and vendors, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, client-facing interaction, and professional email and phone etiquette.
• Relevant experience in US IT staffing or bench sales, with proven placement success and familiarity with US time zones and market practices.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage multiple consultants and requirements, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with recruitment and CRM tools, job portals (e.g., Dice, Monster), and basic MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
