Location: Pratap Nagar, Jaipur
Duration: 3–6 Months
Opportunity: Internship with potential for a full-time offer based on performance.
Responsibilities
• Source and screen candidates across job portals and social platforms.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives as needed.
Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment tools is a plus.
