About the role
Your objective will be to support all the basic sub-domains of human resource department while assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment process.
Role and Responsibility:
Implement and execute company’s HR policies, strategies, and initiatives
Bridge company and employees’ relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
Assist employees with various HR-related concerns, such as leaves and compensation, and help to resolve them.
Execute compensation, attendance and leave management processes
