Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

We are seeking an HR Executive with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or homestays) to handle recruitment, operations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Operations: Oversee attendance, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.
• Administration: Maintain employee records and support HR strategies.
• Employee Engagement: Organize training and team-building activities.

Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in HR in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
