• General HR Support: Assist Head of HR and COO with ad hoc duties.
• HR Project Support and Coordination: Point of coordination for key HR projects.

About you

• Process-driven, with a passion for structure and consistency in administrative tasks.
• Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Numerate and tech-savvy, with confidence using HR systems (Salesforce preferred), databases, and the MS Office suite.
• Confident and professional, especially when interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive and enthusiastic, approaching each task with energy and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Discreet and reliable, with a high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with tact.
• Agile and flexible, able to adapt to shifting demands and deadlines with resilience.
• Customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering a positive employee experience.
• A completer-finisher, who enjoys administration and takes pride in seeing tasks through to completion.
• A strong communicator, with well-developed writing skills and the ability to build credibility across teams.
• Comfortable with autonomy, using initiative and common sense, while knowing when to seek support.

You will have experience with payroll and HR systems, within a professional services or corporate environment.
