• Addition and deletion of GMC and GPA. Processing the claimed submitted by employees.
• Gratuity processing for eligible exits and retired employees.
• Coordination with Accounts on resignation.
• Taking care of exit process.
• Employee Engagement activities in line with the budget.
• Processing of invoices.
• Sharing Attendance of corporate and sales team every month with payroll. Check the leaves as per leave balance.
• Adherence of Budget.
• Administration Insurance Management, Security Management, Housekeeping, AMC for maintaining office infrastructure, Canteen, Consumables, Stationeries, Vendor Management, Statutory and regulatory requirement as per SE Act and timely payment of PT, LWF, ESIC, PF, SA, Gratuity
