As a supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests experience the utmost comfort and cleanliness during their stay. Responsibilities:- • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff. • Train, supervise, and motivate team members to uphold exceptional cleaning standards. • Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards. • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly. • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed. • Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions when necessary. • Implement and enforce safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Requirements:- • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of housekeeping processes and techniques. • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus. • Languages:- English, Hindi, Marathi.
