Head Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our facility. Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices in cleaning and maintenance.
Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members based on occupancy levels and specific needs.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Implement effective floor care techniques and custodial practices to maintain the integrity of various surfaces.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good working condition.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development among staff.
Qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, custodial responsibilities, and industrial cleaning practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
