Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet established standards of cleanliness.
Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces as needed.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in an organized manner.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Assist in laundry duties as required, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented.
Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing exceptional service to guests during their stay.
Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement best practices for cleanliness and efficiency.
Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or hospitality settings.
Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
