Balgownie Estate is the ultimate luxury destination in the heart of the Yarra Valley, offering accommodation, dining, and event experiences. As we bring our housekeeping operations in-house, we are building a dynamic team to uphold the exceptional standards our guests have come to expect. With 70 beautiful and newly refurbished suites, we are seeking passionate individuals to join us in creating a clean, comfortable, and memorable environment for every guest.

The Role:

We are searching for dedicated housekeeping attendants to join our team in a casual or part time role with availability on weekends.

Perform room cleaning and maintenance with attention to detail.
Replenish amenities and ensure guest comfort.
Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the property.
Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not essential.
5am to +am Public Area shifts available, as well as +.30am - 2pm.

What We’re Looking For:

A commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
A passion for sustainability and innovative practices.
Current police check
Capacity to perform physical tasks for extended periods including standing, walking, bending, reaching and climbing stairs.
Capability to lift and carry objects of moderate weights.
Have a reliable car (there is no public transport to our hotel)
Full working rights in Australia.
