Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the hotel's overall sales and marketing plan, actively monitoring progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), budget, and revenue targets.
Collaborate with the General Manager to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Analyze current markets to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Manage tour series contracting and negotiate agreements to maximize group and series bookings.
Organize and conduct site inspections and familiarization trips with the hotel team to showcase property features and services.
Oversee the performance and optimization of third-party and promotional websites, ensuring the hotel's online presence is maximized.
Proactively monitor and manage the hotel's profile on social media platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to guest feedback.
Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell higher-priced rooms and enhance overall revenue.
Coordinate with the digital team to manage and update content across all hotel websites.
Develop and agree on departmental sales plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Manage all promotional collateral, from copywriting through to design and print, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Ensure all in-house promotional materials are current, effective, and support new sales and marketing initiatives.
Maintain and update the guest database, ensuring client details are accurate and up-to-date.
Track and record all client correspondence, including quotations and contracts, to ensure transparency and accountability.
Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct in all interactions with clients, guests, and colleagues.
