Hotel Operations Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Operations Manager who is eager to learn and can take the initiative.

• This is a position that requires long hours, high-pressure handling, and multitasking.

Responsibilities
• Successfully handles the operations of the assigned hotel/property
• Actively takes part in hiring and training of hotel staff
• Assists in onboarding and setup of new hotels/properties
• Understands company policies and services
• Coordinates with hotel owners and vendors on a daily basis
• Makes sure to deliver an impeccable stay experience to the guests
• Takes care of reservation calls, emails, and communication on other platforms
• Submits daily, weekly and monthly reports as per deadlines
• Directly responsible for increasing room sales of the hotels
• Contributes to sales and marketing strategies
