CTC: Up to 7.00 LPA

Eligibility Criteria

Age: Up to 45 Years

Graduation Mandatory

Minimum 4–8 Years of Relevant Experience

Experience in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage, Banking Sales, or Financial Services Preferred

Strong Sales & Business Development Skills

Excellent Communication and Relationship Management Skills

Local Market Knowledge of Jaipur Preferred

DSA Network Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Generate Home Loan business through DSA, Builder, Connector, and Open Market channels

Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, Builders, and Customers

Achieve monthly business sourcing and disbursement targets

Source quality Home Loan and LAP cases

Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Technical Teams for smooth loan processing

Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities

Ensure customer satisfaction and timely query resolution

Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Home Loan / Mortgage Sales

Strong DSA and Builder Network in Jaipur Market

Track record of achieving sales targets

Leadership and Team Handling Skills (for ASM Role)

Self-driven, Target-oriented, and Result-focused Professional

Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: Up to 7.00 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
