Sales Support Representative New Delhi (India)

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Attend inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services. Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, appointments, and service requests. Maintain a skilled and courteous approach during all customer interactions. Update customer information and call records in the CRM or internal system. Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure timely customer support. Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Build and maintain robust customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards. Note - this job is on rotational shifts basis.
