Customer Service Representative

We are Hiring Customer Support Executive - Work from Home



Location - Mohali (WFH)

Shift - Rotational Shift (Including Night Shifts)

Working Days - 5 days working 2 rotational week-offs

Qualification - HSC & Graduate (Freshers + Experience)

Budget- Up to 18k ctc

Immediate Joiners preferred!



Please note: Candidate needs to have their own system/laptop handy with them and should follow the system check criteria mentioned below-

System: Core i5 8th Gen or above, 8GB RAM
Windows - 10 and above
Camera: Mandatory
Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps (Uploading & Downloading)
Headset: Compatible USB headset with noise cancellation
Suggested Brand: Big Passport (available online at reasonable prices)
UPS: Mandatory - Minimum 2 Hrs.
EDR Installation: Mandatory


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries on calls (international customers).

- Deliver accurate information, solve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Escalate issues when required.

- Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.

- Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics

(Domain Knowledge - BPO Voice/International Process/ Customer Service)

Communication - Fluent English Communication skills
