Job Description
The successful candidate will have experience in aged care or a related discipline and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Registered Nurse with Right at Home, you will be responsible for:
Providing nursing care to clients in accordance with their established plans of care.
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care and services for client/participants in the In-Home Community Care environment.

Key Selection Criteria:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Appropriate qualifications and a demonstrated commitment to the Aged Care Sector and the Home and community care environment. Read more
