Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Should have Complete Knowledge about Business Loans and the below products :
• Baniya Loan, Banking Surrogate, ME Surrogate, Rental Surrogate, GST Booster, Chemist Programme and Consultant Doctors Programme
Job Responsibilities(JR) :
Monitoring the staffs

staffs productivity and also scale up their performance to acheive the assigned targets.
Generate business through various internal channel & external channels like DSA distribution.
Onboarding new external channels

Career development and growth opportunities

Should monitor employee calling status on daily basis and track their daily activity
discussed on monthly basis.
Conduct refresher training
new products and banking policies on regular basis
Ensure quality sourcing of new customer to sell different banking product like CASA, GL and Credit Card etc
Penetration of Fixed Deposit to existing & new customers

Meeting productivity norms

as defined through support of channels & own efforts.
Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance

Engagement with the channel

ensuring that the Key objectives of the organization are delivered by the channel
