Roles and Responsibilities
Knowledge of banking product like payment solution, CMS, Wallets, APIs and ability to identify the
customer needs and sell the right solution. Ensure implementation on these solutions. Ensure branch
sales team takes ownership of the relationship and increase the wallet share of the customer
portfolio and cross sell technology solutions and other bank products.
2 Ensure that branch staff does takes ownership of client servicing and fulfilling client’s requirement.
Participate in start-up events & conference and network with the founders and business owners.
Should also network with VCs/ PEs/ Angel investors/ Accelerator programs, etc.
3 Drive branches to achieve business targets allocated to the city. Identify new start up market.
Developing strategies & sales programs to increase customer interaction experience and client
engagement
4 Local level client engagement programs and seminars with the help of product and marketing teams
to scale up business in Startup Segment
