What You'll Do
β’ Connect with qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, and video consultations.
β’ Understand customer needs and recommend the right experience.
β’ Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales journey.
β’ Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
β’ Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
β’ Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
β’ Build trust and create a premium customer experience throughout the sales process.
Who We're Looking For
β’ Target-driven and highly motivated
β’ Strong communication and persuasion skills
β’ Comfortable selling premium experiences and high-ticket packages
β’ Excellent follow-up and objection-handling abilities
β’ Self-disciplined and results-oriented
β’ Experience in sales, business development, travel, hospitality, luxury services, events, matchmaking, coaching, or high-ticket consulting is preferred
Ideal Candidate
β’ 1+ years of sales experience
β’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
β’ Comfortable working with KPIs and conversion metrics
β’ Confident on phone and video calls
β’ Fluent in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati
