```Duties```
- Develop and implement cross country training programs for players of all ages and skill levels
- Teach fundamental cross country skills, strategies, and techniques
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' individual and team performance
- Organize and lead team practices, drills, and meets
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their skills
- Develop game plans and strategies for matches
- Monitor player progress and make adjustments to training programs as needed
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all players
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a cross country coach or player is preferred
- Knowledge of cross country strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with children and adults of all ages
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate players
- Patience and the ability to handle challenging behavior situations
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
