About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in Registered Nurse (RN) recruitment. This is an onsite position, where you will collaborate closely with our recruitment team and hiring managers to fulfill RN staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment of Registered Nurses (RNs): Identify, source, and recruit qualified RNs for various healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
• Candidate Screening Interviewing: Conduct in-depth phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and fit for each position.
• Job Posting Sourcing: Create and post job listings on relevant platforms, utilizing databases, social media, and professional networks to find top talent.
• Client Collaboration: Work directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with the healthcare organization's objectives.
• Onboarding Coordination: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, reference checks, credential verification, and onboarding of new hires.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends, recruitment best practices, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 Year of Experience: At least one year of experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RN) in a healthcare setting.
• Expert in RN Recruitment: Deep knowledge of RN roles, credentialing, and industry-specific regulations.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset, capable of working in a team environment to meet organizational goals.
• Proficient in Recruitment Tools: Experience using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.
