Head Teacher

The Role:
We are seeking an inspirational and experienced Headteacher to lead our school into its next phase of growth and development. This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a specialist provision and make a lasting impact on the lives of pupils with autism spectrum conditions and associated learning needs.

As Headteacher, you will:
Provide visionary leadership and uphold the school’s ethos of compassion, inclusion, and high expectations
Lead and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and safeguarding
Work closely with families, external professionals, and the wider community to support holistic outcomes for pupils
Drive innovation in curriculum design and therapeutic approaches tailored to ASC
Maintain compliance with independent school standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g. Ofsted, Independent School Standards, SEND Code of Practice) Read more
