Job Description

EasyShiksha is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Growth – Education Sector to lead our sales, marketing, and partnership efforts. This role focuses on building strategic alliances with colleges, universities, schools, government bodies, NGOs, and corporate companies to expand the brand's reach and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for the education and EdTech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Marketing:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote EasyShiksha's products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector.

2. Partnership Development:
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, government organizations, NGOs, and corporate entities.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to foster long-term collaboration.
• Represent EasyShiksha in networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.

3.Brand Growth:
• Build and enhance EasyShiksha’s brand visibility and reputation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative campaigns tailored to market needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

4.Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients to ensure continued collaboration.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

5.Reporting & Analysis:
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and revenue growth.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business development strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
• Strong network within educational institutions, government bodies, NGOs, and corporate companies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
