The Head of Professional Services manages a multi-disciplined team of project managers, product specialists and technical support engineers responsible for customer deployments, project delivery and ongoing customer care / support services.

Based in Sydney, the role of Head of Professional Services reports directly into the Global Head of Professional Services drawing on both local and international resources / expertise as required. It is a highly visible function with regular key customer interaction to define and plan project deliverables, manage change requirements, as well as oversight of support delivery to service level agreements.

The Head of Professional Services is part of the senior leadership team balancing customer needs, expectations and ultimately solutions delivery with the capabilities of the team and interests of the organisation. Therefore, a background in challenging end-to-end projects delivery and service management roles within video technology, broadcasting or Adtech software environments is advantageous.

Experience qualifications that we’re looking for:
Tertiary qualifications in Technology or Business.
Background in Broadcast Project Management (software, cloud or IP deliverables).
Team leading or management of projects AND support operations.
Exposure to current media, IP broadcast or video technology solutions.
Engaging communicator, comfortable leading stakeholder discussions.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney. Access to the Sydney office is essential though, regular remote working flexibility is provided too. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a significant salary plus super, benefits and a performance-linked bonus.
