Google & Facebook Growth Marketing Manager – Paid Media Expert
**Permanent / Contract | Immediate Start **
Uggly&Co is a fast-growing motorcycle and adrenaline lifestyle clothing brand, and we're on the lookout for a Google and Facebook marketing expert to join our team and help drive growth through paid media, performance marketing, and structured ad testing.
You'll be working across Google Ads and Meta/Facebook campaigns in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where hands-on testing experience, commercial thinking, and proven results really matter.

Availability: Flexible working with opportunities for ongoing projects
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: Competitive dependant on experience
The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you'll help drive traffic, leads, and sales through effective Google and Facebook advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on testing, learning, and optimisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning, launching, and managing Google Ads and Meta/Facebook campaigns
Building and running structured ad tests across copy, creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign setups
Monitoring performance and making data-led optimisations to improve ROI
Managing budgets efficiently to maximise return on spend
Creating test plans, analysing results, and applying learnings to improve campaign performance
Tracking conversions, analysing data, and reporting on key performance metrics
Identifying opportunities to improve lead generation, sales, and customer acquisition
Working closely with the wider team to align campaigns with brand goals
Reviewing landing pages and funnel performance to improve conversion rates
Staying up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices
Providing clear, regular reporting with actionable insights
Helping shape wider digital marketing strategy where needed
What We're Looking For
Proven demonstrable experience in Google Ads and Facebook/Meta advertising
Strong hands-on experience with ad testing, experimentation, and optimisation
Demonstrated results are essential – we want to see measurable success from testing and performance improvements
Strong understanding of paid media strategy, optimisation, and performance marketing
Ability to analyse data, interpret test results, and turn insights into action
Confident managing budgets and making commercial decisions
Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Must be able to drive this forward and work independently
Experience with conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting tools
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Previous experience in a similar marketing role is essential
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a bonus
