We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to help scale our AI-powered astrology and spiritual-tech platforms through Instagram, Reels, WhatsApp, YouTube Shorts, and digital engagement campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who understands modern social growth mechanics and can manage content creators, editors, reels, hashtags, CTAs, posting strategy, and audience engagement end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp growth strategies
• Manage reels, captions, hashtags, hooks, CTAs, and posting schedules
• Coordinate with video editors, designers, and content creators
• Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance
• Identify trends, viral content formats, and audience behavior
