Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, particularly within the marketing realm. As a Graphics Designer at My Care Labs, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful graphics across various platforms to promote our products and brand.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop engaging graphics for digital and print marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, advertisements, social media posts, website content, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing-related projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools and platforms.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
• Experience working in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus but not required.
