Graphics and Motion Designer

At SkillCat, we are dedicated to providing the best-skilled trades education in the world. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and interactive educational content for our online training app.
• *Your Mission:**
As a Graphic and Motion Designer, your primary responsibility will be to develop visually appealing and informative graphics that enhance the learning experience for our students. You will work closely with our Instructional Designers to create course content that is both effective and engaging.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with Instructional Designers to conceptualize and create course content
2. Design and develop high-quality graphic assets, including infographics, labelled diagrams, flowcharts, and other educational visuals
3. Create animations and 2D motion graphics to explain complex concepts
4. Develop innovative ways to convey technical information through simple and effective visual aids
5. Ensure consistency in style and branding across all graphics
6. Participate in research on new technologies and updates as needed

Requirements:
1. Two or more years of experience working with an E-Learning company developing graphics, animations, and videos for learners
2. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, Fine/Applied art, or related discipline
3. Proficiency in Adobe Suite software, Blender, Maya, and Articulate Storyline 360
4. A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating educational or technical graphics
5. Attention to detail and ability to accurately represent information visually
6. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Working Setup:
Remote work setup with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 12 AM IST
