They create designer products working with farmers, rural craftspersons, and artisans from the villages of India. Their craftspersons community introduced Plantable Paper, which has become one of the best innovations in the sustainable paper industry of India. They have worked with over 500+ establishments and encouraged over 5 million customers to grow a plant in their homes from their Plantable products. They also create sustainable lifestyle products from cork cloth, recycled PET bottles, canvas, recycled cotton, and reclaimed wood.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer Illustrator at 21 Fools in Jaipur. They will create visual concepts using computer software or by hand, develop overall layouts and production designs for various applications, liaise with clients and team members to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and collaborate with other designers, printers, and technicians to ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications
• Graphics, Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Branding skills
• Ilustration
• Typography skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of visual communication principles
• Ability to create visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing designs
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Experience in the sustainable lifestyle or design industry is a plus
