n n Who You Are
n n You have a strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing skills.
n You are proficient in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut.
n You understand what works on Instagram and Reels — including hooks, pacing, captions, transitions, trending formats, and storytelling.
n You have a genuine interest in sneakers, streetwear, fashion, hype culture, or luxury and understand the visual language of these categories.
n You are comfortable working quickly, handling multiple briefs, and iterating based on feedback.
n You have a strong eye for typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
n You enjoy working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial and bootstrapped environment where you may be expected to take ownership rather than wait for detailed instructions.

n Position: Graphic Designer & Video Editor Associate
n Location: Kicks Machine Headquarters, Canal Road, Dehradun
n Work Mode: Work from Office
n Compensation: ₹2.64 LPA / ₹22,000 INR per month in hand
