- **Content Creation**:

- Develop and maintain brand identity across all digital and print assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling infographics, videos, and presentations.
- **Creative Campaigns**:

- Conceptualize and execute graphic design projects, including promotional campaigns and event materials.
- Stay updated with design trends to create fresh and unique visual content.
- **Production Support**:

- Prepare print-ready files for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Ensure high-quality output across all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines.
• *Digital Marketing**
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Plan and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze social media metrics.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and promote brand messaging.
- **Content Marketing**:

- Work with the content team to produce visually engaging blog graphics, newsletters, and other content.
- Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and organic reach.
- **Digital Campaigns and Ads**:

- Design ad creatives and monitor campaign performance to optimize for ROI.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve engagement and conversion.
• *Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing basics, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• *Key Competencies**
- **Creativity Innovation**: Strong sense of aesthetics with a knack for creating eye-catching visuals.
- **Attention to Detail**: Commitment to quality and accuracy in all visual and written work.
