Grade 2 Teacher

Position Available

St. Edwards School is a wonderful school with kind students and a lovely supportive parent community from Kindergarten to Grade 8. We are looking for a grade 2 teacher for next school year with a possibility of remaining permanently.

Successful applicants will:
• Demonstrate a commitment to the Catholic faith
• Have the ability to work as a member of a school team.
• Have the ability to work with teachers at multiple grade levels.
• Have the ability to work with students who have learning behavioural/emotional and/or developmental disabilities.
• Have the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Not Required but helpful:
• Is a practicing Catholic
• Holds a current Manitoba Teaching Certificate or working towards or teaching experience in another country
• Experience working as a teacher in Grade 1 2 or 3
• A letter of reference from your parish priest
