About the Role
We are hiring a GM Sales to lead our sales function for residential projects. You will own sales strategy end-to-end — from setting targets and driving performance to managing key client relationships and ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to post-sale support. You will work closely with marketing, finance, and project teams to align sales with launches, pricing, and market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies for residential projects
• Set targets and monitor team performance against goals
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team
• Own key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and project teams
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales processes
What We're Looking For
• 15+ years of experience in sales, with a strong track record in real estate (Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar market knowledge preferred)
• Proven leadership in general management and team management
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic financial analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Must be based in Ahmedabad — this is a full-time, on-site role
