Skyy Network is scaling fast. We’re launching complex, global drone operations supported by our native technology that is redefining what’s possible with unmanned aviation. As we enter a phase of rapid growth, we’re looking for a driven, high-agency Global Operations Manager to lead, build, and deliver.
This role reports directly to the COO and will own the performance of regional teams, systems, and processes across international missions in Europe, Asia and beyond. You’ll be part of a startup that values execution over bureaucracy, learning over perfection, and ownership over hierarchy.

What You’ll Do
Oversee & Enable Global Operations – Support and lead Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) to ensure seamless, safe, and compliant missions across multiple countries
Implement, Manage & Improve Systems – Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, tooling, and scalability
Lead & Mentor Teams – Build a high-performing culture of learning, accountability, and innovation, while fostering a ‘just’ aviation culture.
Solve Problems at Pace – Remove barriers and proactively resolve issues across staffing, logistics, tech, and customers
Engage with Key Stakeholders – Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, suppliers, and internal partners
What You Bring
Essential
Proven experience in crewed or un-creweed aviation operations
Strong leadership and people management skills
Willingness to travel internationally, frequently, and at short notice
A proactive mindset with a bias for action and impact
Preferred
Experience managing managers and remote teams
Familiarity with aviation regulatory frameworks in multiple jurisdictions
A relevant degree (valued, but not essential—experience matters more)
Time spent in high-growth, high-trust environments (e.g. startups, scaleups, field ops)
