Global Event Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for events that align with our marketing goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Crafting the annual and quarterly event calendars, in alignment with marketing objectives.
• Proposing the 'why', 'what', 'when', and 'where' for each event, defining clear objectives, target audience, format (physical, hybrid, or virtual), and expected outcomes.
• Working closely with internal teams to forecast budget requirements and ensuring timely communication and alignment among all event participants and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. You should also be a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
