Future Pathways Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced educator (not necessarily a teacher) to become our Future Pathways Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for equipping students with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to shape meaningful academic, vocational, and personal pathways. This position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of the secondary school setting and experience in careers education, transition planning, or senior pastoral care. Success in this role will also rely on your ability to network effectively and establish strong relationships with tertiary institutions, industry partners, and the broader community.
This is a full-time, permanent position ideally commencing in time for the start of Term 4 2025. If the successful candidate was a teacher, they would be expected to manage a small teaching load.
